A woman can be as strong leader as a man in time of peace and war. Women are very well educated because they have the same education as men. There are women who are better educated than men. They are more organized and study harder. They are very patient for everything they are doing so that they do not take decision in rush. This helps them in difficult times like during war, economic crisis or when the citizens are angry. Women have also very good strategy and planning because god made them not so strong like men. So in order to get to their goal they work methodically.
In my opinion women is not different that men is just their body different.
